Australian Government Endeavour AwardsAustralian Government Endeavour AwardsThe Endeavour Awards is the Australian Government’s internationally competitive, merit-based scholarship program providing opportunities for citizens of the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the Americas to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia. Awards are also available for Australians to do the same abroad. Please note applications for these awards are made directly to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and not through Monash University. Please note that applicants applying for an award to undertake a PhD or research program at Monash University are required to apply for admission to the course. Please refer to the Research Degrees at Monash website for details on application procedures. The Prime Minister's Australia Asia Endeavour AwardsThe Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Awards are a unique opportunity to undertake international study and research related to your Australian degree, as well as gain international work experience through an internship or work placement, building your professional network in Asia. The Awards are open to Australian undergraduates and postgraduates in any field of study. Twenty postgraduate and twenty undergraduate awards are available each year to Australian students to undertake study/research and internships or work placements in Asia.
Application details and closing date: Applications open Sunday 1 April 2012 and close on Saturday 30 June 2012. Applicants for the Prime Minister's Australia Asia Outgoing Awards must be nominated by their Home University to be eligible. We will receive an email with a PDF copy of your application after the closing date. MRGS will then finalise the nominations. Note: First-time users will need to register with the Endeavour Online system to create a user ID (the applicant’s nominated email address and password). Once registered, applicants may create a new application or continue working on an existing application. New applications will be allocated a unique application number. This application number should be referred to in any correspondence with DEEWR.
