Automatic H1 Equivalence Procedures - overseas qualifications (Access Monash only)

Graduates from selected overseas institutions may be eligible for automatic H1 equivalence. The automatic H1 equivalence nomination form needs to be submitted to the Research Graduate School.  The Research Graduate School will check that the applicant meets the minimum requirements for automatic H1 equivalence. Should the applicant fail to meet the minimum requirements, an H1 equivalence submission will need to be made. Include the summary table (not criteria for automatic H1E document) with automatic H1E nominations.

The minimum requirements and basis of automatic H1 equivalence by country are summarised below (available to Monash staff only):  

* include the summary table with automatic H1E nominations only.

Note: Only those institutions, qualifications and minimum grades listed in the summary table qualify for automatic H1E. If an applicant's qualification, institution or minimum grades differ to those listed on the summary table, an H1 equivalence submission  will need to be made.
