Checking of candidates' personal details

Candidates should check the enrolment and / or scholarship details printed on the personalised cover sheet and amend if incorrect. 

If postal address details or a family name has changed since the last enrolment, the candidate should complete a Variation to Personal Details form available from the Student Services Centre. Changes to postal addresses can also be made via the my.monash portal.
