HOW TO ENROLCongratulations on being accepted into a research degrees program at Monash University, Australia. We hope that your time enrolled with us will be a pleasant and rewarding experience.To assist you with your enrolment, please read your Letter of Offer thoroughly taking careful note of the ‘Conditions of Candidature’ to avoid unnecessary delays when enrolling. Please note that you may be required to submit additional documents at the time of enrolment without which, unfortunately MRGS will not be able to complete the enrolment process. External and Off-Campus Enrolment All external candidates will be enrolled off-campus. As an external candidate, you will also receive a Course Enrolment Form with your offer package. This form needs to be signed and returned with your documentation taking note of the Student Acknowledgment Agreement and Consent. Postgraduate Research Scholarship AwardeesScholarship awardees please refer to the link below: http://www.mrgs.monash.edu.au/scholarships/apply/ Students Transferring Degrees within MonashStudents transferring from a research masters degree to a doctoral degree are required to submit a doctoral application and confirmation/upgrade paperwork to the Monash Research Graduate School. Transfers to a doctoral degree at another faculty within Monash will require the candidate to submit a new doctoral application form completed by the new faculty together with an indication from the current faculty that they support the transfer. For candidates transferring from one department/school to another within the same degree and faculty, the ‘Appointment of Permanent Supervisor/s’ application needs to be completed. Research Masters Enrolment ContactsShould you be enrolling in a research masters program, you will need to contact the following staff/faculties:
Re-EnrolmentEnrolment is an annual event and you will be forwarded re-enrolment information via your student email address in September each year. Re-enrolment is conducted online via WES http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/enrolments/wes/wes.html during October and November. In order to receive instructions on how to enrol, you will be required to link your student email address to your Monash staff, or non-Monash email address. Follow the instructions on the following ITS website to link your email addresses: http://www.its.monash.edu.au/students/email/about.html#forward Failure to re-enrol within the re-enrolment period will result in a fine being applied. |
