3.6 Re-enrolment

All doctoral and MPhil candidates are required to re-enrol and pay any compulsory fees annually. To assist them in meeting this requirement, the university sends details of on-line re-enrolment procedures to candidates in October of each year.

The closing date for re-enrolment for all doctoral and MPhil candidates is the end of November. Continuing candidates who do not re-enrol by that date will be informed that their candidature has lapsed until such time as they enrol and pay any fees necessary (including late fees).

Note: Candidates who intend to submit a thesis for examination by 31 December are not required to re-enrol. However, if this deadline for submission is not met, re-enrolment and payment of relevant fees will be required or candidature will lapse.
